We need to run an online AV scan to ensure there are no remnants of any infection left on your system that may have been missed. The external hard drive should be wiped and reformatted once again, before that is done it is essential to run an online AV scan that will check your main hard drive and any other additional drives connected to the system. There are no obvious malicious or infected entries showing in the latest set of FRST logs, that is good but still casts doubt. If your external hard drive (J) does have an infected back up it would seem logical to assume the poisoned back came from your system where it was made, hence it must also be logical to assume your system is also infected.
